Each link opens an email with the subject filled in. In the app, the same topics are under You › Contact Throttle.
- AccountSigning in, changing your phone number, your profile or your settings.
- A listingSomething wrong with your listing or someone else’s. Include the listing link.
- Safety concernA person, a message or a meetup that worries you. Tell us what happened and when.
- Correct a VINThe VIN and decoded specs can’t be edited after posting. Send the listing link and the right VIN.

Copyright
If a listing uses your photos or words without permission, send a copyright notice. The copyright page lists what the notice needs.
Delete my account
Quickest in the app: You › Privacy & data › Delete account. No app? Email from your account’s email address, or include its phone number.
Privacy request
Ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data. You can also download your data in the app under You › Privacy & data.
Security
Found a security problem?
Tell us privately and give us a chance to fix it. We’re glad to hear from researchers.
How to report it
Email support@throttlemarketplace.com with the subject “Security”. Say what you found, where it is and the steps to reproduce it. We’ll reply to confirm we have it and tell you when it’s fixed.

Ground rules
- Test only against accounts and listings you created yourself.
- Don’t test against other people’s accounts, and don’t read, change or delete their data.
- No denial-of-service, spam or social engineering against people who use Throttle.
- Give us reasonable time to fix a problem before you share details.
Research that follows these rules is welcome, and we’ll treat it as good faith. There’s no paid bug bounty right now.
